R2L TeamLeader is for Managers, Directors and VP level people in small, medium and emerging businesses. These are the folks in the trenches responsible for day-to-day running of the business.

WHAT- R2L TeamLeader program cohorts are made up of 8-12 people, led by experienced, trained and engaging facilitators. The focus of the learning is on becoming a more authentic and effective leader within your organization through well-researched and proven leadership practices.  Topics include:

  • Establishing and meeting performance goals.
  • Building a strengths-based team.
  • Building team engagement.
  • Accountability and feedback.

HOW- R2L TeamLeader incorporates Three Learning Strategies... Assess, Learn & Practice, and Coach.

  1. Assess: Learners will participate  in the StandOut© strengths assessment followed by a personalized one-hour assessment analysis designed to help understand where you show up most powerfully in your work.
  2. Learn & Practice: The facilitated team web-based workshop taking the form of two-hours of virtual classroom each week for six weeks. The weekly sessions are allocated roughly an hour of masterminding or circle coaching and an hour of new learning content. Each module of the Learn & Practice segment of the R2L TeamLeader Program is delivered through a robust and engaging interactive online web conferencing platform and facilitated by an experienced and professional leadership facilitator.
  3. Coach: Each participant works individually with a certified executive business coach to lock in the learning.

  • Effective feedback.
  • Managing in a matrixed organization.

The focus of the learning is on gaining a deeper understanding of the learner's strengths and the impact they have on the team, as well as enhancing and expanding their leadership skills.  Topics include:

  • Powerful communication and great feedback.
  • Building engaged, strengths-based teams.
  • Leading through change.
  • Developing a Strategic View and Executive Presence.

HOW- R2L RisingStar is a three-part program.

  1. Assess: Learners will be part of two assessments: the StandOut© strengths assessment and the TILT360© 360-degree evaluation.  This will provide the learner an unmatched view of where the leader’s strengths lie and how the leader is currently perceived by team members, peers and more senior management.
  2. Learn & Practice: this is engaging, web-based learning in short, actionable units over four weeks, led by an experienced facilitator.
  3. Coach: Each participant works individually with a certified executive business coach to lock in the learning.
